Something I’ve long been blessed and cursed with is a romantic imagination.

Not every man sees the world in this way. But there are many of us out there.

Women, art, adventure, myth: something in us is drawn to the numinous. A deeper aspect of ourselves will not settle with this objectivised, mundane life. Beauty calls.

What is soul? And what is the nature of the life-force that runs through you? What turns you on, and pumps aliveness through all of your being?

And then, what do you want to create? Are you blessed with a vision? Or is your soul’s path tied up with obligation and insecurity? Our job, in this lifetime, is to untangle that.

What makes for a vibrant relationship? Simple (but not easy): two souls brave enough to entangle themselves from fear, from all thought of what they ‘should’ be doing. The more we become alive, the more our love-affairs themselves become… transfiguring.
