Think of 3 or 4 people in your life whose self-expression you love. Could be someone living or dead, famous or in your personal life. Contemplate: what do they express, how do they express it, which makes you admire them?

Wonder, before your next date or intimate encounter, how can you say more and more things that you are going to really like? (And take a note of what you said after the date is over.)
