Week 1 – Designing Your Life
Aristotle declared, “Contemplation is the highest form of activity.” In this first week, you will immerse yourself in the powerful practice of pausing your life… at this point in time and space, and to learn to deeply reflect on who you are and what you truly desire.
Week 2 – Perspectives
In order to have the life you want, you must choose and know that you have chosen. It’s about living life consciously. It is designing your life. Choice, like awareness, has action in it. There is movement inside of us when a choice has been made, just before there is movement in the outer world. So this Perspectives week is all about choice.The difference between success and failure in any part of our lives is the way we choose to look at it.
Week 3 – Living Like Champions
What does it mean to be “Living like Champions”? It is the concept of truly embracing life, of being unapologetically masculine, of being purposeful and mindful in everything we do. The secret of all of this is that there is no need to ever “chase” women. It is no longer necessary when we are living lives of excellence.
Week 4 – Curiosity
Curiosity is one of the most important things that you can develop in your life. As Zan says, “It is my belief that intelligence is curiosity. It is that and only that. If you are truly curious about something, you are automatically intelligent.” And curiosity is magnetic to women.
